This is a lovely delicate coloured blanket in pure New Zealand Wool. Soft pink, mid blue and cream in large block check pattern.
This blanket is a classic light weight with a slightly open even weave. Wool is smooth rather than fluffy. Even thickness and weave all over.

Original Napier Coronet label featuring the beautiful Pania of the Reef image. Made in New Zealand when the Napier Woollen Mills was own by Mosgiel Woollens Ltd which dates this as late 1960's. Label is showing some light fading.

Five small patch repairs have been added.
