Key feature: Soft Subtle Colours
This subtle colour way blanket gives just the prettiest of colour texture. Creamy apricot based pink and light duck egg pastel blue. In even check squares it creates a third muted colour blend. What makes this more unique is the wool yarn has marle textured flecks so it has wee dashes of light and stronger colours.
Originally a standard Double it is now slightly shorter. Width (the hemmed edge) is 200cm and length 162cm (standard length is usually approx 200cm - so this is 40cm shorter). Interestingly these measurements are the standard generous SINGLE size if the hem is turned to the side. This blanket would also fit a King Single Bed.
The wool is medium to lighter weight with soft even weave. Beautiful condition with fresh new peachy pink blanket stitching top and bottom. .
There is no original makers label however I can confirm it is Made in New Zealand from 100% New Zealand Wool. A Fresh Retro Love Restore to Relove Label has been added.
A pretty and effortless blanket, would look amazing in a light cottage with chalk paint furniture. Super cute in a babies room, or wonderful to cuddle up at the bach on a couch.
