Kaiapoi Travel Rugs are a firm fav among collectors and this is a very fine example of a vintage rug. Deep dark emerald base with vibrant royal blue, jade green and cream detail in a traditional plaid design.
This blanket is a medium to light weight firm smooth wool. It is even thickness throughout and weave throughout.
140cm x 184cm which is slightly larger than standard Travel Rug size.
Vintage Kaiapoi Label. All Pure Wool. The original owner has machine stitched initials "AD" over the top of this label.
This blanket is a wonderful travel rug in excellent condition ready for many more adventures.
