Returns & Exchanges

We understand the importance of choosing the right item to make your home warm & cosy and we are very proud of the blankets we have created for you. 

Items sold by Fresh Retro Love unless otherwise noted are restored, retro/vintage blankets.  Any irregularities/flaws are described to our best knowledge in the item description.  We make every effort to be thorough and ensure there are no surprises!  Mends, colour and thread , embroiders, mismatches, discrepancies and patches we consider to be part of the blanket journey and find beauty in these one of a kind unique items.  This is an aspect to be taken into consideration when your purchase is made.

If however for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a full refund.  Please email orders@freshretrolove.co.nz with details of your return within 14 days of purchase and we will advise address for the return.  Items need to be in original purchase condition for return.

Goods are returned to Fresh Retro Love at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty beyond the original item description we will credit the cost of the postage.

Please note: There are no returns or refunds on sale items. There are no refunds on items purchased in person from our market events.
