Key feature: Thick and spongy waffle rug
Lovely thick yarn woven in a distinctive waffle weave makes this blanket extra thick and spongy.
Pastels of mint, cool blue, lemon yellow and blush pink. It is a unicorn visual sorbet of colours.
This blanket needed a little TLC so now has a couple of spongey wool patches and chubby hearts. A patch/heart grouping and one patch approx 7cm across near the centre. There is a couple of very subtle small marks so not perfect but you would have to search to find them.
Knee Rug/Cot size 125cm x 160cm with nice even tassels top and bottom edges.
No original makers label however I can confirm it was made by Onehunga Woollen Mills. 100% Wool and New Zealand Made. A Fresh Retro Love, Restore to Relove label has been attached to one corner.
Soft and pretty, a cosy delight. A blanket to own, use and love!
